How do I request a new password for Resource Center access?
Select Forgot Password from the Account Login screen to open the Password Recovery screen. Enter your email address and select Reset Password.

You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. Click on the link in the email or paste the address into your browser to open the Reset Password screen. The Reset Code will be entered. Create a new password with at least eight characters that includes at least one non-alphanumeric symbol. Retype the password to confirm it. Then select Reset Password.

How do I reset my MFA code if I forgot it, got a new phone, etc.?
After logging into the Resource Center with your email address and password, and are on the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) input screen, click Reset 2FA in the bottom left of the page. An email will be sent to your user account email address with a link to set up a new account in your authenticator app. Click the link in the email to set up a new account in the authenticator app using the new QR code presented on the MFA input screen, which will allow you to sign back into the Resource Center.
