How do I sign up in the Resource Center to get started with SLIQ?
SLIQ company account setup starts with a link emailed to you either by SLIQSupport@service-leadership.com or by your coaching provider after you have purchased SLIQ.
If you can’t find your redemption link, email SLIQSupport@service-leadership.com or your coaching provider.
If you’re interested in purchasing SLIQ for your company, email questions@service-leadership.com.
What’s the difference between Resource Center and SLIQ?
SLIQ is the Operational Maturity Level™ progression solution from Service Leadership, Inc., a ConnectWise solution. Resource Center is the name of the platform that hosts the SLIQ application. To access SLIQ, you must first create Resource Center credentials to get you into the platform. Once that initial setup is complete, you can login directly into SLIQ.
Further SLIQ tutorial and training resources can be found in the SLIQ app by clicking on the SLIQ Support tab at the top.
How do I become a user for my company’s SLIQ profile?
If your company already has a SLIQ profile setup, you need to reach out to your admin(s) at your company to invite you to join the Resource Center as a user in their company profile for SLIQ.
